A "nuisance" under Hawaii law can be defined as violating one of the following: (1) laws pertaining to offenses against public health and morals, including the manufacture or distribution of drugs; (2) laws pertaining to the sale, import, or transfer of fireworks or aerial devices; or (3) any offense that involves a person unlawfully residing on or otherwise occupying real property to which the person has no title, lease, or other legal claim.
