A New Jersey Association of realtors lease agreement is a form that allows a licensed Realtor to facilitate a rental arrangement between a landlord and tenant. The Realtor will commonly represent the landlord and handle showing the property, verifying the tenant’s credit, and negotiating the lease. If a lease is signed, the Realtor will be owed a commission as written in their agreement with the landlord.
