A Minnesota Association of Realtors lease agreeement is a document written by a Realtor when facilitating a transaction between a landlord and tenant. The Realtor will handle all communication between the landlord and tenant while also assisting in the negotiations. Once a verbal deal has been struck, the Realtor will verify the tenant with a rental application and, if approved, present a signed lease to the landlord. After the transaction is complete, the Realtor will be owed a commission based on their agreement with their client.
