The Pennsylvania Realtors Residential Lease Agreement is a legal document that is utilized between lessor and lessee to put into writing an by an owner, landlord or management company, for a lessee to occupy a premises for a stated amount of time, under specified terms and conditions, for an agreed monthly payment amount. When that time has passed the lessee or lessor will provide 30 days notice to either vacate the premises or renew the lease/agreement.
