A Voter registration form allows a qualifying individual to be able to vote in the State where he or she is a resident. The voting system in the United States is set up at the State-level which allows you to cast your vote for local, state, and federal elections (including for President of the United States).

Voter Registration Form

A voter registration form can be used to register to vote and also to update your voter information pertaining to a change of name, address or a political party. You can use the National Voter Registration Form to register to vote. Be sure to follow the specific instructions listed for your state and mail the form with proper postage in a sealed envelope.

Note: Only citizens residing in the 50 states may use this form with the exceptions of North Dakota, Wyoming and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Guam.)
