An Alaska voter registration form, otherwise known as ‘Form C03’, is a document that allows residents to vote in local, State, and Federal elections. The form is free to download and file. In order to register, the applicant will need to have a valid residential address (no PO Boxes) within Alaska and will need to be verified through proper photo identification either at the time of registering or upon their first (1st) time voting. After the form has been completed by the applicant it will need to be emailed, faxed or mailed to the office in your region (either I, II, III, or IV).
