Washington D.C. Voter Registration Form – Register to Vote in D.C.

A Washington, D.C. voter registration form is an application to register as a permanent voter with the District of Columbia Board of Elections. Only residents of the District of Columbia are eligible to vote in District elections. Voters have to require proof of residency with their registration applications.

Voter ID (§ 1-1001.07(g)(5)) – Proof of residence is required to vote at a polling place only when an individual is registering to vote in person at the same time.
