Texas Buyer Agency Agreement
A Texas buyer agency agreement is a contract between a real estate agent and a real estate buyer that outlines the agent's responsibilities, services, and required compensation. Although these agreements are usually exclusive, they can also be non-exclusive, which allows the client to seek additional representation.
