Cookies Notice

eForms may use “cookies” or similar technologies to optimize your experience with our Products and recognize when you visit our Website. “Cookies” are small data files containing small amounts of information that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies may not be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and when you return to our Website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved so that you can continue to use any Products you previously customized. Cookies help us to remember things about your visit to our Website, such as your browser settings and preferences, and generally make the Website easier for you to use. They may also be used to deliver advertisements that are relevant to you.

We use first-party and third-party cookies to provide functionality across our Website and enable third-party features. Cookies required to operate our Website are referred to as “essential” or “strictly necessary” cookies. Essential cookies cannot be switched off in our systems for technical reasons. We use these strictly necessary cookies to log you into our Website, protect your security, detect and fight spam, abuse, and other activities that violate our Terms of Use, and authenticate your access to the Website. To serve these strictly necessary cookies, we utilize segment.com and customer.io. Essential cookies are typically only set in response to your actions and requests for our Products, for instance, when you set your preferences, log in to your account, or fill out forms. You may set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the Website may not work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.

Other cookies remember information about your browser and your preferences. Thus, we can provide you with content based on your preferences without asking you for this information each time you visit our Website. Other cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Website, allowing us to test different versions of our Website and see which particular features or content users prefer. We do not release the information collected from our own cookies to any third parties other than to our service providers who assist us in these cookie activities. You may accept or decline cookies by modifying your browser settings. If you decline cookies, the use of our Products may not be optimized.

We use Meta Ads Conversion Tracking (Meta Pixel) throughout our Website and on every page users are allowed to visit. Meta Pixel is an analytic service provided by Meta, Inc., that connects data from Meta advertising networks with user actions performed on eForms and our Website. We use Meta Pixel tracking and re-targeting to deliver targeted advertisements to individuals who visit our Website. Cookies are used to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our Website. This helps us track user behavior that we use to help expand and improve our Website for our customers. Meta Pixel re-targeting allows user behavior to be tracked after they have been re-directed to our Website by clicking on a Meta ad. Users should be aware that eForms ads may appear on their individual Meta accounts. We do not see the individual user’s personal information; the user is anonymous. The data is stored and used by Meta, Inc., which may link your information to your Meta account and use it for its own purpose in accordance with Meta’s Data Usage Policy.

You may control the use of non-essential cookies. The third-party advertising and tracking services offer you the opportunity to opt out of their tracking systems. You can object to the collection of your data by Meta Pixel or the use of your data for the purpose of re-targeting. You can read more about the information they collect and how to opt out through the privacy policy links listed:
