Delivery Options (2)

  1. Personal delivery to someone 19 years old (sui juris) residing on the property; or
  2. Posting a copy of the notice on the door of the property and sending the notice by mail including a return receipt.[3]

Waiver of Landlord’s Right to Terminate

Acceptance of rent after the landlord has issued a notice to quit constitutes a waiver of their right to terminate the lease.[4]
