A construction incident report is a form that contains details about an accident or incident that occurs at a construction site or workplace. This serves as documentation, for legal purposes, of an incident and outlines who was involved, what occurred, when it occurred, and the corrective actions taken in response to the matter. This kind of reporting can mitigate a contractor’s exposure to legal action. All employers must report any construction-related accident to OSHA by using a Form 301.
