Arizona Buyer Agency Agreement

Updated August 02, 2023

An Arizona buyer agency agreement is a document executed by an individual seeking representation by a licensed agent to assist them in purchasing real estate. Before signing the contract, the prospective buyer should be sure that the contract length and brokerage compensation terms are reasonable. If they wish to proceed and hire the agent, they can sign the contract thus initiating the client-agent relationship. The agent will then have permission to give the client their professional insight into certain offers until a satisfactory property is purchased.
