New Hampshire Buyer Agency Agreement

Updated April 23, 2024

A New Hampshire buyer agency agreement is an agreement between a buyer of real estate and the broker/agent that will represent them. The relationship between the two can be relayed in the terms and conditions of the form, enabling both parties to negotiate as necessary to ensure the arrangement is mutually beneficial. In short, the buyer will want to ensure that the agent has their best interests in mind, and the agent will want to ensure that the arrangement is exclusive and that they get paid their due fees and commission should they find a suitable home/property.
