An Ohio buyer agency agreement is a written contract used to detail the relationship between a real estate broker/agent and the buyer of property (the client). The agreement ensures that the brokerage will be paid for their work and that the buyer is committed to working with them. It also provides the buyer with the security of knowing that the agency plans on representing them to the best of their abilities, finding properties, negotiating prices, and closing deals in the best interest of their client.
