An Oklahoma buyer agency agreement is a service contract between an Oklahoman brokerage and the client they represent. The buyer of real estate will seek out a broker to minimize the workload on their end and get the insight of industry professionals who can seek out offers, negotiate prices, and close deals as their client’s representation. The agency agreement provides the broker with an assurance that they’ll get paid their due fees and commission, and it provides the buyer with a guarantee that their agent will represent them to the best of their ability
