Disclosure of Brokerage Duties – In accordance with § 59-858-353, all real estate brokers must inform their potential clients of their agency duties through a written disclosure.[1]
Acknowledgment and Confirmation of Disclosures – This form provides confirmation that the buyer has received and understands all applicable disclosures.
