A West Virginia buyer agency agreement is a contract that real estate agents will use to formalize relationships with their clients who seek representation for the purchase of property. The document will describe the type of property that the client wishes to buy, their budget, and the compensation that the agent will receive for their services. In accordance with the agreement, the agent must act in the client’s best interests in finding an appropriate property and negotiating the purchase.
