A farm animal payment plan agreement is a payment contract used for livestock purchases when the buyer makes payments over time rather than in a lump-sum payment. This agreement should be made at the same time as recording the bill of sale for the animal. The payback period is usually a maximum of two (2) years with payments due each week or month.
