A Utah commercial real estate purchase and sale agreement outlines terms for a real estate transaction between a seller of commercial property and a prospective buyer. As with residential contracts, the commercial purchase and sale agreement consists of specific conditions under which a buyer agrees to purchase a property. These conditions are extensive but will always address the purchase price, closing and possession dates, earnest money, and contingencies that ultimately might affect the buyer’s ability to complete the transaction.
