A Wisconsin commercial real estate purchase and sale agreement is a real estate contract between an owner of commercial property and a prospective buyer. The agreement is initially drafted by the buyer to serve as their official offer to purchase the property. This proposal will cover fundamental elements of the transaction such as the desired purchase price, closing procedures, financial contingencies, completion dates, and legal obligations of each party during the negotiation process. If approved by the owner, the parties will enter into a legal contract that may only be terminated under conditions determined in the signed agreement.
