Florida 30-Day Rent Increase Notice

A Florida rent increase notice is used by a landlord during a month-to-month tenancy to give notice of an increase to a tenant's rent. The landlord must provide at least 30 days' notice of any rent increase, during which time the tenant may choose whether to renew or terminate the lease agreement.
