Washington Rent Increase Notice

A Washington rent increase notice is used by a landlord to give notice to a tenant that their rent is going to increase. Typically, landlords must give this notice at least 60 days in advance. However, in a subsidized tenancy, the landlord must give 30 days' notice before a rent increase can come into effect.
