A Louisiana roommate agreement will act as a security measure in living situations between roommates. As a binding contract once signed, it outlines all the terms and conditions of the living arrangement and makes all signing parties responsible to respect and uphold the agreement.
Note: A roommate agreement does not provide any security with the property owner or property manager. Only those on the official lease will be held responsible on the landlord’s terms.
