A pasture lease agreement is a document that gives the rights to an individual from a land-owner to allow cattle along with any other types of approved farm animals to be able to graze on their land. The rent may be calculated in a number of different ways such as based on acreage allowed for use, number (#) of animals, or a combination. The agreement is finalized upon the signatures of both parties.
