A Tennessee Farm Lease Agreement is a legal document that will provide terms, conditions and necessary definitions of an arrangement between landlord and tenant for the rental of farmland. Generally a farm lease will address agreements with regard to the upkeep of the land, fixtures that may be located on the land and even the upkeep of soil conditions and other crop and/or livestock related issues.
