Louisiana Separation Agreement

A Louisiana separation agreement allows married couples to establish terms for a period when they do not wish to live together as spouses but do not wish to pursue a divorce. In Louisiana, legal separation is only available in covenant marriages, in which couples agree ahead of time to very limited circumstances under which they may get divorced.
