Requirements (§ 58-3035(f)) – A broker’s license is not required to manage residential property. If the real estate in question is a non-residential property, the manager may need to obtain a broker’s license depending on their appointed responsibilities. The licensing rule does not apply to a salesperson employed by a broker.
