Supplemental Information
- Residential Property Disclosure and Disclaimer Form – A seller of improved land for residential use must provide potential buyers with this disclosure form before the purchase contract is executed. Non-residential land and unimproved land are exempt from this requirement, as stated on the form and under § 10-702.[1]
- Where to Record? – All deeds must be submitted to the Clerk at the Circuit Court of the county in which the property is located. Deeds must be accompanied by the Land Intake Sheet (see Instructions).[2]
