Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as team lead for all service associates;
- Assign and oversee various service tasks;
- Ensure needed information is available to customers;
- Develop pathways to internal operations;
- Regularly update guides for various types of inquiries;
- Monitor and collect customer inquiry data;
- Periodically report to operations department on frequent issues; and
- When necessary, handle challenging service matters personally.
