Washington D.C. Eviction Notice for Illegal Activity | 30 days

A Washington D.C. eviction notice for illegal activity is sent to a tenant when they have committed an illegal act on the grounds of the property. The landlord must give the tenant thirty (30) days’ notice to vacate the premises. If the tenant does not leave within thirty (30) days, they will be subject to an eviction lawsuit.
