Ohio General (Financial) Power of Attorney

An Ohio general (financial) power of attorney form allows a person (principal) to authorize another individual (agent) to handle the principal's financial affairs on their behalf. The agent will have the power to manage, dispose, and accumulate the principal's assets. These powers terminate if the principal becomes incapacitated.
