Statutes Chapter 47 through Chapter 47H
Recording – Deeds must be submitted, after completion and acknowledgments, to the Register of Deeds in the county where the real estate is located.^[1]
Signing – All quit claim deeds are required to be signed by the grantor(s) in the presence of a notary public.^[2]
