A Nevada general warranty deed is a legal document that allows a person to transfer real estate to another person. This type of deed includes a guarantee that the seller has the full right and legal authority to sell the property and that there aren’t any issues in the title that would prevent the buyer from owning the property outright once the transfer is complete. Deeds must be notarized and recorded with the county recorder in the county in which the property is located.
