A restaurant employee handbook should be made available to all employees to inform them of their rights, obligations, and benefits. The handbook seeks to answer commonly asked questions ranging from health insurance to which federal days the restaurant is closed. It is highly recommended that all employees sign the handbook at the start of employment.
