Duties and Responsibilities
- Scheduling meetings and events;
- Drafting agendas;
- Managing correspondence;
- Making travel arrangements;
- Completing expense and mileage reports;
- Monitoring budgets;
- Assisting with special projects;
- Developing and maintaining filing systems;
- Purchasing and maintaining inventory of office supplies;
- Assisting with training office staff; and
- Supervising other staff.
