A New Hampshire subcontractor agreement is used to define the working relationship between a contractor and subcontractor who has been hired to assist in completing a specific portion of a project. Contractors will often outsource certain responsibilities to subcontractors as a means of expediting the completion time and to ensure that skilled trades such as roofing, plumbing or electrical work are carried out by professionals who are competent in their respective fields. The subcontractor agreement outlines various details pertaining to the subcontractor’s duties and determines the financial compensation afforded upon satisfaction of the contractual obligations.
