Pennsylvania Subcontractor Agreement

A Pennsylvania subcontractor agreement is a legally binding document between a contractor and a subcontractor. The subcontractor is usually hired to complete a part of the project that they specialize in, such as masonry, plumbing, or roofing. In the event of a dispute or failure to deliver payment, the agreement may be used in litigation.
