The Georgia 3-Day Notice to Quit is a form that must be used by a landlord to inform a tenant that their rent is late and that they are required to make a payment within three business days or vacate the premises. If the tenant fails to make the payment within the allocated remedy period, the landlord may bring an eviction action in court to recover the property.
