A Georgia non-compliance eviction notice is a letter that allows a tenant to be notified of a lease infraction not related to late rent. This is commonly for property damage, loud music, too many guests, or any other violation of the rental contract. Legally, the landlord does not have to give this notice but does so as a courtesy to the tenant. The landlord is allowed to file an eviction action immediately when the violation occurs, although, it does not mean the court will approve the tenant’s removal.
