A Michigan 24-hour notice to quit for illegal drug activity (Form DC 100e) is sent to a tenant after a police report is filed that alleges the possession of illicit drugs on the premises. The landlord submits to the tenant giving them 24 hours to remove themselves and all their possessions.
Police Report – Before this notice can be submitted, the landlord must submit a police report. Once filed, the landlord may terminate the tenancy by delivering this notice.[1][2]
