North Carolina Immediate Notice to Quit | Non-Compliance
A North Carolina Immediate Notice to Quit (Non-Compliance) is used to inform a tenant of a violation of one or more terms within their rental agreement. In North Carolina, a landlord is not required to give the tenant the option to remedy the issue and can order a tenant to move out immediately.
