Agency Disclosure Notice (§ 20-325d) – This disclosure describes the different client-agent relationships permitted in the state. Buyers must review and sign the disclosure upon the first meeting between the two (2) parties.
Connecticut Buyer Agency Agreement
A Connecticut buyer agency agreement grants a real estate agent the exclusive right to work with a client for a predetermined amount of time. While under contract, the agent will look into purchase opportunities and present them to the client for review. Should a suitable property be purchased, the agent will receive a commission.
