Pennsylvania Buyer Agency Agreement

Updated August 02, 2023

A Pennsylvania buyer agency agreement is a document that defines the relationship between a real estate broker and a buyer of real estate. This contract must be drafted and executed in order for representation to take place between the two parties. The form will delineate the broker’s compensation, the preferences of the buyer, and the duties and rights of both individuals. An agreement such as this should also be sure to describe any conflicts of interest the broker may have prior to entering into the relationship. Both parties will need to sign for the buyer agency agreement to be effective.
