Wyoming Buyer Agency Agreement

Updated December 27, 2022

A Wyoming buyer agency agreement is a contract used to formalize arrangements between real estate agents and clients who are looking for representation in locating and buying residential property. The document provides a description of the type of property the client is looking for as well as their budget. Once the document has been executed, the agent will be obligated to look for a property that meets the client’s specifications and negotiate a price that is in their favor. If the client purchases property while the contract is active, they must pay the agent a commission in accordance with the contract.
