A Wyoming single-member LLC operating agreement form is a legal document that would be used by a sole proprietor to establish standard operating procedures and policies as well as much needed protections pertaining to the private assets and accounts belonging to the owner.
The owner will find that the state of Wyoming will not require the filing of this document in order to legally conduct business within the state. This will not change the fact that, without the document in place, should the owner experience any form of business failure and find themselves facing litigation, the laws could default to the state. Since the document would not have been implemented the owner could be held liable by the courts to possibly liquidate assets to pay claims.
