A financial information non-disclosure agreement protects financial data from being shared. This is common when sharing sales data or information related to real estate prior to a sale. Although, this can be used for the sharing of protected financial information under any circumstance.

How to Write

Step 1 – Download in PDF, MS Word, or OpenDocument.

Step 2 – The following information is required in the first paragraph:

  • Name of Releasor
  • Address of Releasor
  • Name of Recipient
  • Address of Recipient

Step 3 – The State whose laws will govern the agreement must be entered in the fourth section.

Step 4  – Both Releasor and Recipient must sign the form. They must also print their names and date the document.
