Landlord-Tenant Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

A landlord-tenant non-disclosure agreement (NDA) protects a landlord while sharing confidential information about a property with a prospective tenant. It is common in commercial real estate when a landlord shares information that they prefer to keep confidential. If violated, the disclosing party can face legal consequences.
