Step 2 – The date that the agreement is being made can be supplied first. The name of the Potential Buyer as well as that of the Landlord and Agent (if applicable) can be registered in the first section.

Step 3 – The address of the Property must be included in the agreement.

Step 4 – The State whose laws will govern the agreement must be identified, as will the agreement’s period of effectiveness.

Step 5 – The Potential Buyer must sign where applicable after providing the day’s date and their printed name.
