A unilateral non-disclosure agreement, or 1-way NDA, is an agreement that requires only one (1) signatory is obligated to safeguard confidential information. If the obligated party shares the information, they may be subject to legal and monetary damages from a local court.
Mutual Non-Disclosure – Or 2-way NDA, is used if both parties of the agreement are sharing information amongst themselves with the requirement that they both keep it private.
How to Write
Step 1 – Download in PDF, MS Word, or OpenDocument.
Step 2 – The following pieces of information must be supplied in the fields of the first paragraph:
- Date agreement is created
- Name of Company
- Address of Company
- Name of Recipient
- Address of Recipient
Step 3 – The State whose laws will govern the agreement, along with those of the Federal laws, must be entered into the form.
Step 4 – A representative of the Company must sign the form, provide the date, and print their name. The recipient must supply the same information.
