A volunteer non-disclosure agreement (NDA) requires a volunteer to refrain from sharing protected information to which he or she is exposed while working a position or event. The NDA should include specific information that is prohibited from being shared. This can include guests’ names, donors’ names, or any other sensitive information that is part of an organization.

Step 2 – The name of the Volunteer should be entered first. The full address and name of the Volunteer program must be supplied in the remaining fields of the first paragraph.
Step 3 – The Volunteer must sign the document, provide the date, and enter their name where applicable.
