A Wyoming non-disclosure agreement is a contract that binds one (1) or two (2) parties to keep secret the Confidential Information described in the form. The purpose of an agreement such as this is to ensure that the Trade Secrets held by a company are not leaked to the public, and if they are, that the party responsible will be held fully liable.
The document will clearly state the nature of the agreement, the parties involved, the duration of the agreement, and the obligations of the signatories. While it may be wise, it is not legally required that a non-disclosure agreement be signed in the presence of a Notary Public.
